Red River (Alexandria, LA) Bulk Commodity Handling facility, situated on approximately 258,000 square feet of property, including a 13,600-ton bulk fertilizer main storage warehouse, a 2,800 and a 5,000-ton bulk fertilizer dome structure, with river mooring structures and dolphins, conveyor belts and structures, scale, office building, and metal work shop.  Additionally, on site and included in the following rent proposal, is a stationary barge.  All assets are leased “as is.”
